Beef is a very versatile meat and can be prepared in many different ways. On our German site therefore are already sub-categories for the different ways to prepare beef. We'll open those sub-categories on the English version as well, as soon as there are enough recipes translated to fill them. Beef is a very flavorful meat and has less calories than pork. Beef will marinate very well and can be stored in the marinade covered for 1-2 days in the refrigerator. This makes the meat very tender and aromatic. For those of you who like stew or roulades, try preparing these dishes in the pressure-cooker. Usually it takes 1.5 to 2 hours for the meat to be done, while prepared in the pressure-cooker it only needs about 15 minutes to be very tender. It keeps the flavor and has an excellent taste.
