The bread recipes are not appropriate for bread machines. I usually use my stand mixer for kneading the dough, than shape it as a loaf or put it in a baking tin. For using the recipes in bread machines they need to be converted for all different types of bread machines. You should be able to find all kinds of flour used in my recipes in well- assorted supermarkets or health food stores. If you use a different kind of flour as stated in the recipe you may also have different results. Since there are a lot of bread recipes, there are special categories for flat bread, wheat bread, farmer's bread and rolls. All the different kinds of spread are delicious with freshly baked bread. If you buy rolls and breads at the bakery or supermarket they might be fluffier but they also contain more raising agents and other additives. If you bake your own bread you know at least all the ingredients and the taste is more aromatic.
