Spaghetti Bolognese is a dish that is quick and easy to make. Cook the spaghetti until al dente according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and fry the ground meat stirring frequently until browned and crumbly. Dice the onion very finely and add to the meat. Continue to fry for a few minutes. Add the red wine and then turn down the heat. Stir in the tomato paste and the same amount of water. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, oregano and crushed garlic. Place the cooked spaghetti in a bowl, pour some of the sauce over the spaghetti and top with grated parmesan cheese.
