Serves 3 - 540 cal per serving
Prep-time: 20 min. - Total-time: 30 min.
Cook the lasagna sheets al dente. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a pan; add onions and ground meat and brown. Season with pressed garlic, pepper, salt and oregano. Put the browned meat in a small pot and add tomato paste. Refill the can (or cans if you had to use 2 cans) to get desired amount of 140 g / 4 2/3 oz. Some tomato paste cans yield 70 g / 2 1/3 oz some 170 g / 5 2/3 oz) with water and add to the sauce. Cast on the red wine. Keep warm on lowest setting. Make a bechamel sauce from margarine, flour and milk. Season to taste with pepper and salt. Stir in 10 g / 1/3 oz parmesan cheese. Slightly grease a baking dish with oil. Alternately layer lasagna sheets, meat sauce and bechamel sauce. The top layer consists of sauce. On top sprinkle the capers and remaining parmesan cheese. Bake Lasagna in a pre-heated oven at 220 C / 430 F for 10 minutes. If you use a combination of oven and microwave bake for 5 minutes at 600 watts and grill setting 2.
