Chili with Wide Egg Noodles

wide egg noodles
ground meat
olive oil
bell pepper
onion
Chili pepper
vegetable broth
ground chili
pepper, salt
tomato paste

Serves 3 - 569 cal per serving
Prep-time: 20 min. - Total-time: 20 min.
Cook the egg noodles al dente. Meanwhile in a coated skillet heat oil and brown meat. Cut the bell pepper and chile pepper in half, wash, remove the seeds and pat dry. Cut bell pepper, chile pepper and onion in cubes. Add to the meat and stew for a short time. Add vegetable broth and stir in tomato paste. Fill each can once with water and add to the sauce. Season to taste with ground chili, pepper and salt. Serve the sauce with the noodles.
