Crisp up the hamburger rolls in the oven or underneath the grill. Season the ground meat well with pepper, salt, and paprika. Add egg and bread crumbs and knead until well combined. Divide the ground meat into 3 equal parts and form 3 hamburger patties. Heat oil in a large coated pan. On high temperature sear both sides of the Hamburgers. Reduce heat to medium and cook until done. Finely slice the onion and add to the pan. Fry until glassy. Slice the pickles and the tomato. Serve the Hamburgers together with all sides so everyone can prepare his own Hamburger to his taste (also perfect for children's birthday parties). Serve with ketchup and mustard.
