Preheat the oven to 200 C / 392 F. Divide a baguette into 3 equal parts and slice through the middle. Halve the tomatoes, remove the seeds and dice. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Cut the 1/2 onion into fine slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions until glassy. Add the mushrooms and fry until golden. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Set the heat to the lowest temperature and add the diced tomato. In a small bowl mix the cream cheese with the parmesan and spread on the baguette. Spread the mushroom-tomato mixture over the cream cheese filling and top with finely diced ham. Finally top baguettes with parmesan cheese. Bake the baguettes in a hot oven (200 C / 392 F) for 10 minutes.
