Boerek is a Turkish dish, for which you can prepare different fillings, also vegetarian ones. For this filling brown ground meat in olive oil. Add finely chopped onions. Season with pepper and salt. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little bit olive oil and layer with 4 Yufka sheets. You can buy this special dough in a Turkish supermarket. Spread the ground meat over the dough sheets. Sprinkle the Feta (use the crumbled Feta) over the meat. Mix the yogurt with the eggs and pour over meat-cheese mixture. Cover with the remaining 4 dough sheets. In a small saucepan melt the butter and stir in 1 tsp ground, sweet red pepper. Pour the melted butter over the dough sheets. Pre-heat oven to 355 F and bake Boerek for 30 min. Serve with a fresh salad.
