Bami Goreng is an Indonesian noodle dish. There are a lot of different ways to prepare Bami Goreng. Here is one of them: Soak the glass noodles for 5 minutes in warm water. Bring salt water to a boil and cook the glass noodles for 8 minutes. Pour in a strainer and rinse with cold water. Drain thoroughly. Preparing Bami Goreng at high temperatures guarantees to preserve the vitamins. In a skillet or a Wok heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry the glass noodles until crispy. Remove from the skillet, set a side and keep warm. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and brown the diced chicken breast fillet. Grate the carrots in thin stripes, chop the onion and garlic, peel the ginger and grate finely. Cut the leek and Chinese cabbage in thin stripes. Put the vegetables in the skillet and cook for 10 minutes on high temperature. Add the crabs and season with 1 point of a knife of Sambal Oelek, a pinch of sugar and 5 tbsp soy sauce. Finally mix the noodles with the Bami Goreng.
