Corn Cakes make a great side dish for venison medallions or for grilled meat. Combine flour with egg and cream. Season with pepper and salt. Rinse and thoroughly drain the corn in a colander; add to the flour mix. In a coated pan heat margarine. For each corn cake pour 1 spoonful of corn mix in the pan; flatten slightly. Bake the corn cakes over medium heat until light brown. This recipe makes about 12 small corn cakes.
