lemon juice
Salt
white pepper
oil
herb cheese spread
Bread Crumbs
walnuts
parsley
chives
fresh dill
Thyme
pepper, salt
butter, unsalted

Serves 3 - 613 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 45 min.
Rinse the fish fillets under cold water , pat dry and sprinkle with lemon juice. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Grease a casserole with oil and place the fillets in the casserole. Put the cheese spread in a bowl and add the bread crumbs, pepper and salt and finely chopped walnuts. Finely chop the fresh herbs and add to the cheese mixture. Knead everything together and then spread over the fish fillets. Press the herb crust firmly on top of the fish. Top with flakes of butter and bake in a hot oven at 390 degrees Fahrenheit (200 centigrade). The fish goes well with a salad with dressing and rice in white wine sauce.
