white wine
white vine vinegar
vegetable broth

sambal oelek

In a pan heat sesame oil. Brown the meat and breaking it apart until crumbly. Reduce the heat to medium. Cut the bell peppers in half and remove seeds and ribs. Finely dice and add to the meat. Chop the onions; cut the pineapple in chunks. Add to the meat and fry. Cast on the soy sauce and 1/2 cup white wine. Add the honey and fill up with 1-cup broth. Stew the hot pot for about 20-25 minutes on low heat. Season with freshly ground black pepper and sambal oelek. (sambal oelek is an Indonesian spice sauce, made of hot red chilies) You don't need salt because of the soy sauce. If required use very sparingly. Serve with Basmati rice.
