Yellow boletuses were used in this recipe. The yellow boletus is a wild forest mushroom (also called the king of the wild mushrooms). If you can't get any fresh yellow boletuses maybe you'll find them dried. Otherwise you can also use other kinds of wild mushrooms. Cut the baguette in slices. Toast in the toaster or under the grill until golden brown. Clean the yellow boletuses just with a soft brush or cloth and cut them in thin slices. Finely chop the garlic and parsley and roast them in little bit of olive oil. Add the remaining olive oil. Add the mushrooms. On low heat steam the mushrooms for about 10 minutes until done. Season with pepper and salt; put on the toasted bread slices. Serve hot.
