ground red pepper
soft French Brie
sheep's cheese
scallions
sunflower kernels
fresh radish sprouts
ciabatta bread

If you wish to make quark yourself see our recipe for quark in the category for dips. Stir the Kirsch Schnaps into the quark and season with freshly ground pepper, salt and paprika. Cut the Brie cheese into very small cubes, crumble the Feta cheese and add both to the quark. Also add finely sliced spring onions. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan, allow to cool and then mix into the cheese tatar. Spread the mixture on slices of Ciabatta bread and decorate with the sprouts.
