Prep-time: 20 min. - Total-time: 60 min.
Dice the bacon. Melt butter in a pan and fry the bacon until crisp. Add finely diced onions and ground meat. Thoroughly brown the ground meat and season with freshly pressed garlic. Pour diced tomatoes in a bowl. Combine with white wine and sour cream. Season with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Stir in thyme and basil. Add peas. Most suitable are fresh or frozen peas as they stay firm. Put 2 lasagna sheets in a slightly greased baking dish. Without pre-boiling the lasagna sheets. On top put half of the meat mix and hereon half of the tomato sauce. Cover with 2 lasagna sheets. Top again with meat mix and tomato sauce. Combine plain Greek yogurt with egg and freshly grated parmesan cheese; spread on the "Lasagna Giovanni'. Bake for 30 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 200 C /390 F.
