dark chocolate
whipping cream
sweetened cocoa powder

Moretto is a special dessert. Brew espresso. Break the dark chocolate into little bits. Stir in espresso until dissolved and add rum. Beat the cream until stiff peaks form and add 2 teaspoons in each espresso cup. Douse with hot espresso. Mix ground cinnamon and sweetened cocoa powder and sprinkle over the Moretto. Serve immediately.
