You can grill Trout's on the BBQ grill or use the broiler in the oven. A hinged grill basket makes it easy to turn the fish at once and ensures even cooking. If you don't have a grill basket carefully turn the Grilled Trout's with a spatula. Rinse the gutted Trout's with cold water and dab dry with a paper towel. Season inside and outside of the Trout's with pepper and salt. Spread soft butter on the inside of the Trout's and stuff with a twig of thyme and rosemary. Generously grease the grill basket and outside of the Trout's with corn oil. Pre-Heat the broiler (if available on setting 1). Put the Trout's in the grill basket and place on broiler rack. Grill the first side for about 3 minutes, turn over and grill second side for another 2 minutes. Serve with butter lettuce (also called Boston lettuce), lemon sauce and baked potatoes.
