King Prawn Cocktail

scallions
Lettuce salad
yogurt
creme fraiche
ketchup
lemon
pepper, salt
sugar
ground chili

Serves 3 - 165 cal per serving

Serve the King Prawn Cocktail well chilled. Put the cooked king prawns in a strainer and rinse quickly with cold water; let drip off thoroughly. Quarter cocktail- or cherry-tomatoes. Clean green onions and slice; add to the tomatoes. Put a few king prawns a side for decorating. Mix the rest of the king prawns with the tomatoes. Cut butter lettuce in stripes and divide in dessert bowls or wide glasses. Arrange the king prawn cocktail on the lettuce. Combine plain yogurt, creme fraiche and tomato ketchup; stir until smooth. Season with juice of half a lemon, freshly ground black pepper, salt, a pinch of sugar and chili powder. Pour the cocktail sauce over the king prawn cocktail. Cut the remaining lemon in slices. Decorate the king prawn cocktail with lemon slices and remaining king prawns.
