Egg Pizza is a quick and easy recipe that is very tasty. Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Slice the salami and spread out in the pan. Crack the eggs open over the salami slices and slightly season with freshly ground pepper and marjoram. No salt is necessary because of the salami. Thinly slice the Swiss cheese and pick to pieces. Put Swiss cheese on top of the eggs. Cut a tomato in slices and put on the Egg Pizza. Cover the pan and heat on low temperature until the cheese is melted. Put a freshly baked slice of multi grain bread on each plate. Divide the Egg Pizza into three servings and put on top of each slice. If desired toast the bread.
