You've got several benefits from making chili pepper oil. Put the chili peppers upright in the jar. If the jar is not tall enough remove the stems. Fill up the glass with a high-quality oil. Make sure the chili peppers are well covered in oil. Close the jar tight and store the Chili Pepper Oil in a dark place, e.g. your pantry. Do not refrigerate. If you like to use chili peppers for cooking use a fork not your fingers.
