Pizza Diavolo

Serves 3 - 768 cal per serving

For making the Pizza Diavolo combine flour and salt in a bowl. Dissolve fresh yeast and little bit of sugar in lukewarm water. Add to flour and knead. By and by add olive oil until absorbed. Put dough in plastic bowl and cover with lid. Remove air from the bowl by lifting the lid slightly on one side. Cover tightly. Put the bowl in hot water. After about 20-30 minutes the dough has risen and the lid pops off. Pre-heat the oven to 250 C / 480 F. Put the dough on a slightly greased pizza tray and flatten out allowing the crust to be thicker around the edge. Drain diced tomatoes. Put diced tomatoes on pizza dough and season with pepper, salt, chopped garlic and dried basil. Drain fresh mozzarella cheese and slice thin. Put mozzarella slices on the Pizza Diavolo. Peel onions, halve and slice thin; sprinkle over pizza. Thinly slice a preferably spicy and small salami. Put salami slices on pizza. Add anchovy filets, sliced black olives and peperoncini to the pizza. In a pre-heated oven bake the Pizza Diavolo for 13 minutes at 250 C / 480 F.
