Ingredients:

125 ml / 0.5 cup
5 g / 1 tsp
5 tbsp

120 g / 4 oz

plain flour
Salt
fresh yeast
water
sugar
olive oil
diced tomatoes
sugar
pepper, salt
fresh pineapple chunks
cooked ham
Gouda cheese

Serves 3 - 828 cal per serving
Prep-time: 15 min. - Total-time: 60 min.
Put flour in a mixing bowl. Add salt and mix. Dissolve fresh yeast in glass with warm water and sugar. Add yeast mix to the flour; knead. By and by add the olive oil and continue kneading until all the olive oil is absorbed. Put the yeast dough in a plastic bowl and cover with a lid. Remove air from the bowl by lifting the lid slightly on one side. Cover tightly. Put the bowl in hot water. After about 20-30 minutes the dough has risen and the lid 'pops' off. Pre-heat the oven to 250 C / 480 F. Slightly grease a pizza tray. Put the dough on the tray and flatten out allowing the crust to be thicker around the edge. Drain diced tomatoes. Put in a bowl and season with pepper, salt and pinch of sugar. Sprinkle diced tomatoes on the dough. Top with pineapple bits and diced cooked ham. Finely grate the gouda cheese and sprinkle over the pizza. Bake the pizza Hawaii for 10-12 minutes in the pre-heated oven at 250 F / 480 F.
