Caesar wraps are prepared with crispy roasted chicken strips and a spicy Caesar dressing. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Heat some corn oil in a pan and fry the chicken strongly until the strips begin to brown. Season the strips with salt, pepper and paprika and remove the pan from the heat. Cut iceberg lettuce into bite-size strips. Cut the tomatoes into quarters, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into very small cubes, as seen above in the picture. Heat the wraps in a pan for a minute, without adding any fat. Now arrange the iceberg lettuce and chicken strips in the center of the wrap, sprinkle with tomatoes and spread some Caesar dressing over it. Put the sides of the wrap over the filling carefully, so your filling won't fall out while rolling it up. Roll up tight and wrap some aluminium foil around the ends. This allows you to easily cut across your wrap.
